For those of you who live under a rock and didn't know, Beading Paradise has been closed since the end of August. 

I have decided to move the business in the original direction it opened with, which was to create and sell finished jewelry.  Though the bead store strayed a bit from that original concept, I'm still pleased with where all it adventured to in the three+ years we were open.

I treasure most of the times we all had in the store--just so you know I do miss most of you that I know by name.  ; ) 

I am currently working at Arts Illiana running the gallery and being a liason to the artists in the area.  So here's my big plea--SUPPORT THE ARTS IN THE WABASH VALLEY!  You too can become a member of Arts Illiana and get our spiffy quarterly publication Spectrum.  You will also be helping to promote and support the arts around you!  For more information, or to be really cool, visit www.artsilliana.org and becomre a member.  Just a thought here too!

Arts Illiana Winter Collection Opening
Arts Illiana will be hosting the Opening of their Winter Collection on Friday, December 5th.  The collection will showcase works from many local and regional artists.  We encourage you to attend this opening as well as the other events occuring downtown this night.  You might even contemplate purchasing a unique gift for a loved one at the Arts Illiana Gallery.  Just a thought.

Arts Illiana is located at 23 North 6th St. in the Deming Building, across from Bit of Britain Tea Room--yes they are still open, you should go have tea there soon.
